MARIE-VICTORIE WINCKLER

Granddaughter of a wool refiner settled in Morocco, Winkler grew up between Berlin, Paris and Rome in an environment inspired by arts and crafts.

After studying Fine Arts in France and Italy she worked for Cassina, Patricia Urquiola, India Mahdavi, Louis Vuitton, Baccarat, and Rosenthal.

In 2016, Winkler opened her own design studio in Paris to create furniture and objects, bringing together contemporary design and arts and crafts techniques.

Winkler loves exploring and gathering inspiration from different creative worlds and has an evolving creative language imagining objects rooted in traditional techniques and know-how.
